QUALITY CONTROL - I
Each Batch of the procured raw material undergoes rigorous Physical & Chemical Testing to ensure strict adherence to our stringent quality specifications.
WAREHOUSING
The approved Raw materials are stored in our state-of-the-art, weatherproof warehouses to preserve their quality. This ensures we can use them throughout the year to meet our production needs.
PROCESSING
Our quality-controlled raw materials undergo processing at our highly automated plants. This includes cleaning, color sorting, milling, winnowing, sifting, powdering, blending, homogenization, and packing, ensuring the conversion of raw materials into finished goods that meet our customers' specifications.
QUALITY CONTROL - II
Before release for shipment, each batch of finished goods undergoes testing at both in-house and external laboratories such as SGS, Eureka-GBA, Eurofins, FERA, PhytoLab, etc.
These tests cover Physical and Chemical properties (according to USP/EP/IP standards), residues of Heavy Metals, Pesticide, Aflatoxins, Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids, contaminants, and more, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
